About this file

This document is a Combined Certifications for Contracting form issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance and Procurement Department. The certification requirements apply to vendors contracting with the City of Little Rock and are mandated by Arkansas state law. The form establishes three separate certification requirements based on contract value thresholds: contracts valued at $1,000 or greater require certification that the contractor is not engaged in a boycott of Israel; contracts valued at $25,000 or greater require certification that the contractor does not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and contracts valued at $75,000 or greater require certification that the contractor is not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition industries. By signing the form, contractors agree to comply with all applicable certifications based on their contract value.

The form serves as a pre-award compliance document that vendors must complete and submit as part of the contracting process with the City of Little Rock. Vendors are required to certify their compliance with the specified restrictions for the aggregate term of the contract, with ongoing notification obligations if circumstances change after execution. The document includes fields for vendor name, vendor number (if assigned), contractor signature, and date of execution.
