About this file

This document contains procurement portal instructions issued by the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, for vendors submitting responses to the On-Call Concrete Maintenance and Repair Services solicitation for Charlotte Water. The instructions specify that all solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire procurement portal at https://charlontenc.bonfirehub.com. Vendors are required to submit all responses electronically via the same portal under the respective project listing, with submissions uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the posted project deadline. The City of Charlotte strongly recommends that vendors allow at least one week prior to the deadline to complete the uploading and submission finalization process, as large document uploads may require extended time depending on file size and internet connection speed.

The portal supports access through Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers, with both Javascript and browser cookies required to be enabled for proper functionality. Vendors requiring technical support can access Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, contact the Bonfire support team at Support@GoBonfire.com, or call 1-800-354-8010. Bonfire also offers a five-minute vendor training video on registration and submission procedures available through their support website to assist vendors in understanding the portal navigation and submission requirements.
