About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement for a federal contract opportunity to provide temporary professional-level personnel support services to Argonne National Laboratory.

The contractor must be able to provide qualified replacements for an existing population of approximately 300-350 contract workers, as well as source new workers as needed, across three career structures: Research and Development, Professional Technical, and Professional Administrative. The services are required at six skill levels within each career structure, with some positions requiring U.S. citizenship or security clearances. Argonne will issue task orders specifying the required hours, work statement, and pay rate, and the contractor is responsible for completing onboarding and placing the worker within 30 days. The contractor will bill only for time worked, with no overtime, and must provide detailed weekly reporting on utilization, quality, and demographics. The contract has general terms regarding benefits, conflict of interest, government-furnished property, and travel requirements.
