Roof Drawings for Bay County Juvenile Justice Courthouse Roof Replacement Project

This document contains architectural and engineering roof drawings for the Bay County Board of County Commissioners' roof replacement project at the old Juvenile Justice Courthouse located at 533 East 11th Street, Panama City, Florida. The drawings are part of the contract solicitation (26-56) for licensed commercial roofing contractors to design and implement a comprehensive roofing solution based on the Nova Roof Moisture Intrusion Assessment Report recommendations. The project requires the selected contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, design, and construction services necessary to deliver a fully functional, watertight roofing system. The contractor must obtain all applicable permits, pay associated fees, secure necessary inspections, and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. The project must be completed with proper staffing to execute construction services when scheduled.

The successful proposer must provide a minimum ten-year watertight roof warranty upon project completion as part of a complete, turnkey roofing solution. All costs associated with permitting, design, engineering, materials, labor, equipment, and inspections must be included in the comprehensive proposal. The drawings referenced in this exhibit serve as the technical specifications and design basis for contractors to develop their pricing and implementation strategy for this roof replacement initiative for Bay County, Florida.
