About this file

This Addendum #4 document presents Questions and Answers for the Town of Wolcott's Road Resurfacing project (Solicitation 26-10), which solicits bids from qualified contractors for labor, equipment, and materials to resurface up to 5 miles of Town roadways in accordance with Connecticut Prevailing Wage Rate statutes. The questions posed through May 21, 2026, address key project parameters and requirements. The project has an estimated completion date of December 31, 2026, and the Town will retain ownership of all milled and reclaimed materials, assuming responsibility for hauling and disposal rather than assigning these tasks to the contractor.

The bid will be subject to escalation provisions, indicating price adjustments tied to specified economic indices or cost factors over the contract term. The addendum does not address set-asides, incumbent contractors, or specific funding sources in the questions presented. No pricing structure, payment terms, or contract award value is disclosed in this addendum document.
