Work must be completed during standard business hours of 0800 to 1600, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal and State holidays. Site visits are mandatory prior to bid submission, and vendors must submit comprehensive Safety Plans along with their bid proposals through the Bid Buy platform.

Vendors must provide safety barriers around all equipment, crane placement, materials, and construction areas to prevent unauthorized personnel access to hazardous zones, and maintain a clean work area free of debris at the end of each workday.
