About this file

This is Addendum 1 to a Notice Inviting Bids issued by the Jordan Basin Improvement District (JBWRF) in Utah for the supply of dry polymer to be used in dewatering operations at the Jordan Basin Water Reclamation Facility located in Riverton, Utah. Electronic sealed bids must be submitted via Bonfire (U3P) no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The addendum clarifies that plant trials shall be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with suppliers having the option to request jar testing ahead of scheduled plant trials. Each supplier is limited to one jar test event with a maximum duration of one hour, and jar testing is discretionary and scheduled through the designated contact.

The addendum corrects the original bid deadline from September 10, 2026 to September 17, 2026, and provides clarification regarding polymer performance testing procedures and scheduling coordination. Jar testing is not mandatory and remains at the discretion of each supplier. Scheduling for both plant trials and jar testing should be coordinated with John Gallagher or Joel Thompson, General Manager, at joelt@jbidut.gov. No additional information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, or funding sources is provided in this addendum document.
