About this file

This document is a state contract summary for an Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement (ETLA) for the state of North Dakota. The contract involves multiple government entities, including state agencies, boards and commissions, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, and eligible nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities. The contract is administered by North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) and involves cooperative purchasing arrangements that allow various government entities to potentially utilize the contract.

The contract covers Adobe product purchases, specifically subscription-based licensing, with the Cumulative Licensing Program for perpetual licensing discontinued as of September 20, 2022. Purchasing procedures vary by entity: state agencies must use NDIT's Self Service Portal, higher education institutions have a separate agreement through CTS, and other entities like cities and counties can purchase under specific conditions. Estimated costs are approximately $88 per year, and subscription reassignments can be managed through NDIT's portal or directly with the reseller SHI. The contract is mandatory for state agencies, with an exemption process available if the contract does not meet specific needs.
