A total of 11 condenser units are included in the project, order by areas and connected in series, and shall be installed as follows:

3.3.1 condensing unit CON-140PE EA 1

3.3.2 condensing unit CON-140PE EA 1

3.3.7 condenser units CON-280 and

CON-450

EA 2

3.3.8 condenser units CON-450 EA 4

The distribution of these units are specified in the attached drawing AA-01, also see annex 1.

Structure to support the condensing units

The contractor shall build a metallic structure where the condensing units will be located. These structures shall be considered on the outside of the building at the 2nd level (see drawings AA-

01), except for the unit of 20 TON which will be located in the floor of the vehicular passage outside the building.

The contractor shall construct the supporting structure of each condensing unit outside of the building according to drawing AA-01, fixed to the existing structure at a 2nd level in order to have a free circulation area at the exterior. This will be done with metallic angle of 2 "x2" x1/4", metal expanders M10, electrode 6011 for welding, pins with 3/8" threaded rod, columns with 3

"x3" square tube, all duly painted with anticorrosive and enamel paint.

Also it is needed to remark that the condensing unit of 20 TON shall be supported in a metallic structure that will have metallic columns (see details in drawing AA-02), this structure shall have a concrete foundation for the columns in order to guarantee the stability of the equipment. This structure shall also be painted with anticorrosive and enamel paint.

3.4 Evaporator Units

The Contractor shall supply the different evaporator units, identifying each of them according to the area where they are considered. In addition these must be supported with metal structure, guaranteeing the safety and its correct operation.

Among the different evaporator units we have:

4-way cassette (variable capacities)

1-way cassette (variable capacities)

Mini Split (variable capacities)

Diffusors

The contractor must ensure proper installation of evaporator units, as well as air ducts, exhaust pipe, and refrigerant piping, for this purpose shall use 1 "x1 ½" (or 5/8 "x 1 5/8") strut and 3/8

"threaded rod as the support structure, and shall follow all the recommendations from the manufacturer.

Evaporator unit drain pipe

Procurement Sensitive: Unauthorized disclosure of this information violates the Procurement Integrity Act. See FAR 3.104

- 7 -

The Contractor must supply and install the drainage pipe of each evaporator unit, it must be PVC

¾ "in diameter; the drainage pipe will be connected to the water system vents (already installed by ECO), so a 2 "to ¾" reducer should be considered. If the drain pipe is connected to the baths, an odor trap must be installed.

3.5 Refrigerant line (condenser - evaporator)

The Contractor shall supply and install copper pipe for the refrigerant supply of the evaporator units. The drawings show the distribution and dimensions of the refrigerant piping for the units considered in the design. The contractor must respect such distribution, but if it is necessary to make design adjustments due of the recommendations from the manufacturer, the Contractor shall consider that they must have the same or better characteristics of the ones detailed in the

SOW. The pipe must be supported with metal structure, guaranteeing a correct installation and an extended service life.

The contractor have to supply and install the copper piping that will supply refrigerant to the evaporator units and piping that will suction the evaporator units. The pipe leads should be made with a refnet connection type ML01 / A (or another one with the same or better characteristics).

The contractor must dimension and distribute the refrigerant piping based on Annexes 2, 3 and 4 and drawing AA-04.

3.6 Air ducts and exhaust fans

According drawing AA-01 the air extractors to be located in the bathrooms at the barracks for men and women shall be model EXT-1-200 PCM and in the bathrooms of the bedrooms for

Instructors will be model EXT-1-100 PCM (or other type with the same or better characteristics).

To conduct the air each extractor will have a 6 "PVC pipe, which must be properly supported with metal structure, guaranteeing a correct installation and an extended service life.

The air ducts for the Auditorium and laboratories 1 and 3 shall be of P3 metal structure

(sandwich panels formed by a rigid expanded polyurethane insulation component and coated on both sides with aluminum foils) and must be properly supported with metal structure, ensuring a correct installation and a lifetime useful. The dimensions should be based on drawing AA-01 and verified in site.

4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The contractor shall deliver all the equipment for the air air-conditioning and ventilation system in sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). From the date of the final acceptance signed by the CO the contractor shall provide the one year of maintenance.
