About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment No. 2 between the State of Florida's Department of Management Services and Info-Tech Research Group Inc., which is tied to the State of Virginia Master Agreement No. VA-180315-ITRG. The amendment involves an Alternate Contract Source (ACS) for IT Research and Advisory Services, originally established on August 11, 2021, between these two parties.
The primary purpose of this amendment is to extend the contract's expiration date from March 13, 2023, to March 13, 2024. The extension was made after the Secretary of the Department of Management Services reevaluated the Master Agreement and determined that continuing the contract remains cost-effective and provides the best value to the state. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, with this amendment primarily focused on modifying the contract's duration. The contract covers IT research and advisory services, and the amendment ensures continued access to these services for an additional year.
