About this file

This is an Exhibit D Price Schedule instruction document for Minnesota's statewide pest control services request for proposal (SWIFT Event #18705 Reissue), applicable to all State Agencies, Boards, and Commissions and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members. The solicitation establishes contract(s) to provide pest control services for insects, commensal and semi-commensal rodents across the state, with services organized into two zones and 87 counties. Zone 01 covers Department of Administration Facilities Management Division buildings and non-federally owned facilities in the Capitol Complex area, including 23 specific buildings ranging from 1,000 to 492,097 square feet. Zone 02 covers five federally owned facilities in Arden Hills and St. Paul, with building square footage categories ranging from 1-5,000 to 300,001+ square feet. Responders must complete separate price schedule sheets for each county or group of counties with identical pricing, with pricing structured by building square footage categories for services including initial setup, weekly inspections, monthly inspections, hourly emergency and non-emergency services for both insects and rodents, and pest reduction mapping upon request.

Pricing responses must include line items for all services across applicable counties or zones, with $0.00 responses considered as free of charge and blank cells or "no bid" entries acceptable for services not offered. Responders may propose to service all 87 counties with identical pricing or select individual counties or groupings with differentiated pricing. The price schedule includes a cost-plus percentage for equipment pricing for hourly services, with specific reference to Exhibit D: Pricing in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document and Attachment C: Cost Detail in the Request for Proposal Attachments document for additional pricing information. Responders should note that specifications and requirements have changed since the previous solicitation (Event 18385) posted in May 2026, with this reissue posted on October 7, 2026. The document prohibits modifications to the spreadsheet structure, column names, row headers, or line items.
