About this file
This is an Exhibit D Price Schedule form for SWIFT Event #18409, a Request for Proposal issued by the State of Minnesota to establish masonry restoration and cleaning service contracts available to all state agencies, boards, commissions, and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members on an as-needed basis. Responders must submit pricing for masonry cleaning services (11 line items covering hand/brush cleaning, water spray cleaning, steam cleaning, chemical cleaning, blast medium cleaning, and paint removal), stone restoration services (11 line items including rebuilding various stone types and labor-only rates), masonry restoration services (7 line items for rebuilding brick, concrete masonry units, and clay tile, plus repointing and sealant joint work), and equipment rental and travel services. Pricing must be provided across three time categories—regular time, non-regular time, and holiday time—with tiered pricing based on square footage or lineal footage thresholds (0 to 1,000 units, 1,001 to 5,000 units, and 5,001 or more units). Responders may submit identical pricing for all 87 Minnesota counties or submit separate price schedules for counties with different pricing. The contract is anticipated to run from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2028, with an optional extension of up to 36 additional months, and the estimated annual contract value ranges from $406,000 to $497,000.
Responders must enter their company name on the form, mark which counties their pricing applies to, and complete one price schedule sheet per county or group of counties with identical pricing; multiple sheets may be submitted if pricing varies by county. Line items may be offered at no charge by entering $0.00, or bidders may decline to bid on specific items by leaving the cell blank or entering "no bid." Responders are instructed not to modify the spreadsheet structure, column names, row headers, or line item descriptions. The form includes unit of measure definitions (square foot and lineal foot) and references Attachment C (Cost Detail) and Exhibit D (Pricing) in the RFP and Sample Contract documents for additional pricing information. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the event due date; fax and non-electronic responses will not be accepted.
