The project will culminate in an Urban Forestry Management Plan that presents inventory findings, discusses trends, and provides a multi-year budget for urban forest management. The City will evaluate proposals based on national reputation, approach to the project, previous experience, and pricing, with each criterion weighted equally at 25 points.
