Services will include fingerprint capture for Standard applicants (employees, volunteers, and licensing applicants) and Volunteer Category applicants from child care providers, elderly residential facilities, schools, and other entities. The State currently processes approximately 40,000 fingerprint cards annually. The RFB number is 005-RFB-2913-2027, with the solicitation opening July 31, 2026 and closing August 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT. The questions deadline is August 14, 2026. The State allows 60 days from invoice for payment, and bidders may offer discounts for 30-day payment.
