About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the installation of an audio-visual (A/V) system in two conference rooms at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Nevada. The RFQ number is 140P8124Q0057, and it is being issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Pacific West Region.

The amendment provides responses to questions regarding the project, including that it is a complete system replacement rather than an upgrade, and that the service contract should cover all equipment and components for the two conference rooms. The required functionality includes the ability to cast content simultaneously to multiple screens between the two rooms, as well as cast separately between the rooms. The amendment also notes that remote access for support services is contingent upon the recommended brand and approved methods.
