About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding solicitation number 140P8123Q0080 for the supply of a precast concrete building for Mojave National Park. The National Park Service will prepare the site and foundation, and the contractor is responsible only for supplying and placing the precast concrete building unit. Key specifications for the building include concrete walls with integral color and a painted concrete roof. Interior and vent painting are also required. The project is considered a supply-only contract and will not require any onsite construction, permitting, or Davis Bacon wage rates since no contractor construction work is involved.
