Questions/Answers

Question: Who is the incumbent and what is the annual value of the existing contract?

Answer: There is no existing contract, work is currently being performed by park staff.

Question: Will the Government provide consumables (paper, soap)? If not, what is the complement (FTE) and visitor count?

Answer: The contractor will provide consumables like paper and soap.

The ranger station has nine employees with no more than four per day in the building.

The administration building has up to twelve employees.

The gym has no restroom and no consumables are required.

Theater: when it is open can see roughly 50-300 people per day. Limited restroom use within this location from these visitors.

Question: What is the size of each building?

Answer: Administration Building – 6200sf Theater – 3500sf Ranger Station – 4050sf Gym – 800sf

Question: Do we understand the service frequency correctly? Admin/theater five days per week, Ranger Station seven days, gym monthly?

Answer: Per section 1.3 of the Statement of Work, “The contractor shall be required to clean the buildings as specified (see section 4.0) every day the park is open…” This would make it seven days per week at all locations, excluding the three holidays mentioned specifically. Section 4.0 for all buildings includes cleaning for daily work, monthly work, and biannual work.
