About this file
This document outlines a pre-proposal site visit agenda for a small business set-aside solicitation to perform surface repairs on a multi-use path trail within Gateway National Recreation Area. The National Park Service is seeking a firm-fixed price contract for repairs that will be awarded to a single responsible small business. Proposals are due by April 3, 2023 and must acknowledge any amendments on SAM.gov, where the solicitation and attachments are posted. Evaluation will be based on technical and business factors, with price approximately equal to technical merit. The work requires Davis-Bacon prevailing wages and includes performance and payment bonds and liability insurance. Key personnel qualifications must be included. Site visits will provide an opportunity for questions, and any additional questions must be submitted in writing by a specified date.
