QUESTION & ANSWER

1. Q: Who is the incumbent?

A: The incumbent is The Centurion Group, LLC

2. Q: What is the annual value of the existing contract?

A: The annual value of the contract is $95,500

3. Q: How can a site visit be arranged?

A: The site visit will take place at the Bureau of Land Management Buffalo Field Office, Buffalo, Wyoming at 1:00 PM on August 19, 2020.

4. Q: Does "daily service" mean five days per week.

A: Yes, daily service is 5 days per week.

5. Q: Must the contractor supply consumables (paper, soap)? Is there a history of use?

A: Yes, as per Section 5.a., the Contractor "shall furnish all supplies . . .including but not limited to: cleaning supplies, disinfectants, deodorizers, trash bags, paper towels, white toilet paper, sanitary napkins, tampons for the dispenser, disposable toilet seat covers, and hand soap." 5a. I do not know about the history of use. We have 75 employees, with 25% of those teleworking during COVID at any given time.

A: Floor plans have been attached.
