About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for campus physical access control system (PACS) modernization services at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho. The Bureau of Land Management is seeking to upgrade the existing PACS to meet Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management standards at multiple buildings on campus. Key requirements include replacing outdated card readers with new HID IC-RPKCL-40 models, upgrading existing door hardware and software as needed, and reprogramming all doors to ensure full functionality of the new system. Bidders must be authorized AMAG vendors with ICAM-certified staff. Drawings of current reader locations and as-built diagrams are available to inform proposals, which must include a detailed schedule of values breaking down costs by building and scope of work. The incumbent contractor maintains the existing system under a separate PM contract.
