About this file
This document contains clarification responses to questions regarding a solicitation to install new electrical systems at a four-stall garage building. The clarifications specify that the electrical panel can be located near the back door of the building. Two ceiling light connections are required avoiding the overhead door opening. The variable frequency drive is to be placed on the south side of the dividing wall between the north and middle bays. Outlets listed in the middle bay are not part of the requirement, and the focus is on the north small bay and variable frequency drive placement. Field verification of lighting locations and code compliance for GFCI protection in wet areas is necessary.
