RENOVATE CREATIVE RESOURCES & WEST POND

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION -RFI

QUESTIONS ANSWERS

Q1: Reading the RFP, on page 40/40 top paragraph, it mentions when writing the technical proposal, we will need to list the key personnel such as the PM, the Site Superintendent and the Quality Control Manager. It also states “These positions shall be filled by three different individuals and the Quality Control Manager should not report directly to the Site Superintendent.”

In the past, the site superintendent and the QC Manger rolls have been served by the same person. For this project, can the Site superintendent and the QC Manager roll be conducted by the same person?

A1: No need for 3 full time people on the project managing it. A PM as an as needed basis, and full time site supervision. There is no need for the QC on a small project like this.

No QC, part time PM and full time site Sup.
