RFQ 140A2324Q0195 Q&A

1. The total number of participants are 400. Will that mean the main session will host 400 OR does that mean there will be 200 in the main session with the other 200 in the 4 (50 person) breakout rooms? There will be 200 in the main session with 4 breakout rooms of 50.

2. At any point will all 400 participants be in the same room? They would like the ability to have everyone in the same room at the same time.

3. We were unclear about the overnight rooms. Are we to reserve the overnight rooms as well OR are we to ensure the venue can host overnight guests up to 400? No. The venue must be able to accommodate overnight guests to avoid excessive travel.

4. We would like to inquire on whether the requirement mandates the offeror to act as the primary contractor (hotel), or if there exists the possibility for the offeror to engage subcontractors, specifically for providing Meeting rooms services. If the requirement is subcontracted, the Prime contractor should perform 51% of the services or the business size could be affected.
