About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a fixed price construction project. The solicitation is for replacing the HVAC system in Building 105 at Haskell Indian Nations University and is set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises. Responses to the solicitation are due by August 26, 2022. The amendment provides responses to questions from potential offerors, clarifying that the period of performance is from September 5, 2022 to January 13, 2023 and that Haskell Facilities will designate equipment for reclamation in the first week of the contract. It also notes that contractors can access existing building prints. The Bureau of Indian Affairs and Bureau of Indian Education are the involved federal agencies.
