About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document providing clarifications on an RFQ regarding furniture specifications and site logistics.
The document addresses three key inquiries: (1) confirmation that an 8-yard dumpster is available on-site for contractor use; (2) clarification on drawer height specifications, with the buyer accepting a maximum height of 90 inches for the last drawer instead of the originally specified 79 inches, acknowledging the apparent discrepancy in the RFQ; and (3) confirmation that the double universal rollout sheet rack does not require bi-directional access capability, as only single-sided access is needed. These responses effectively modify or clarify the original RFQ requirements to address contractor concerns regarding feasibility and specifications.

Responses to Questions
Question Response 1 Will there be an on-site dumpster we can use?
We have an 8 Yard dumpster
2 The RFQ asks for last drawer to be 79” high. We believe this maybe a typo and our calculations show it should be 89” based on the other requests.
A max height of 90” inches would be acceptable
3 Can you clarify what they mean by a double universal rollout sheet rack please? We believe it may mean they want bi-directional unit which also impacts the depth they are asking for.
We do not need a bi-directional unit we only need access from one side
