Question 1: I don’t see any information on what gauge steel roofing is acceptable? What type and thickness of membrane are you wanting?

Answer 1: 24 Gauge

Question 2: Work around existing roof mounted equipment. 1. Allow 8 hours of work by a plumber and electrician to raise the air handler unit curb approximately 1’. Who’s responsibility is this task?

Answer 2: It’s the bidder’s responsibility. For reference, the government’s estimate is for a subcontractor to take up to 8 hours to complete the task.
