We understand companies may be closed for holidays and on Sundays. |
| 3 | 3.3.12 | In 3.2.12 and in document “Exhibit 1-2020 Rental Equipment List v1.0” the list of equipment is significantly smaller than what our experience has been in supporting USFS in the past. | 4 | 3.3.5 | In 3.3.5 you state the equipment must be shipped in the most expedient delivery option available. | 8 | Under section 17, it states payments can be completed using the government wide purchase card or via EFT using form OF-286. Do we get to decide by host agency how we want payment? | Payment will be made by Gov. purchase card only. Language about OF-286 will be removed. | |
| 9 | Exhibit 1 | On Exhibit 1 document under the Advanced Fire Laptop, it mentions providing Windows Server 2016 (upon request). As Server 2016 can be configured different ways (such as # of client licenses and what roles need to be installed), do you have a set way this would be configured and if not, will the ship within 24 hours still apply for this item? | Server 2016 has been removed from the requirements. |
