About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to a federal solicitation for road repair work. The solicitation is for removing existing road materials and repairing several sections of roads and campgrounds located in the Tipsaw Recreation Area in Perry County, Indiana. One question asks about areas marked as not to be milled, which would be 1 inch lower than other areas after work is completed. The answer states to increase the areas marked as not to be milled by 1 inch, so that overlay areas of 1.5 inches and non-milled areas of 2.5 inches will keep the road in a uniform condition without dips or humps at transition points.
