About this file

This is an Award Memo issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and General Services for the Goshen Valley Bullhog contract, conducted by the Department of Natural Resources. The solicitation sought a single contractor to provide Bullhog Services as detailed in the attached Scope of Work. Participation was restricted to prequalified contractors only. No mandatory site visit was required for this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The project must be completed no later than February 19, 2027. The award notification announces the intended awardee and indicates that the awarded vendor's identity can be found in accompanying award documentation available on the public purchasing website. Vendors are reminded that any protests of the award decision must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer within seven days of this notice issuance.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The awarded vendor must guarantee its pricing through project completion and is prohibited from beginning work, purchasing materials, or entering into subcontracts until both the recipient and the Division of Purchasing and General Services execute a contract or purchase order. The receipt of this award notification does not constitute a binding contract; only an executed PO or signed contract creates a contractual obligation. Awarded vendors will be contacted via phone or email regarding next steps in the contract execution process.
