About this file
This is a Proposal Affidavit form for Williamson County, Texas, related to a pool solicitation (26RFSQ28 PLAE Pool) for planning, landscape architecture, architectural, and engineering services. The form serves as a certification document that bidders must complete and submit as part of their proposal response. The solicitation seeks qualified professionals to provide planning, landscaping, architectural, and engineering design services, along with associated construction administration for development projects, including remodeling and new construction. The affidavit establishes the bidder's acknowledgment that their proposal will be evaluated in accordance with county procurement procedures and that other agencies may adopt awards made by Williamson County under this collaborative solicitation.
The Proposal Affidavit requires bidders to certify compliance with multiple Texas Government Code provisions, including certifications regarding boycotts of Israel, energy companies, and firearm and ammunition industries; restrictions on business with Iran, Sudan, and foreign terrorist organizations; and confirmation that the firm has not been debarred from doing business in Texas. Bidders must also certify that their proposal was not prepared in collusion with other respondents and that the firm has not been involved in any pools or agreements to control pricing or influence other submissions during the preceding six months. The form requires signature by an authorized representative with title, company name, date, name, and email address. Notable exceptions apply to certain certifications for sole proprietorships or companies with fewer than ten employees, or for contracts valued under $100,000.
