General Services Administration (GSA) Questions and Answers—One RFQ#10PME-14-0016—Fire Safety Studies

1. There is a requirement to submit GSA300, Order for Supplies and Services. This appears to be the contract document to be issued by GSA to the selected Contractor. It does not appear to be a document to be completed by the Contractor. If this form is to be completed by the Contractor, please indicate which blocks are to be completed for submission.

GSA Response: The GSA Form 300 is the required document for providing initial quotes in response to the solicitation. If selected, the form will be the basis for contract award.

2. In lieu of a completed GSA300, is it the intent of the RFP to require the Contractor to submit the Contractor Price Quote Sheets for each CLIN?

GSA Response: Both a GSA300 and the Contractor Price Quote Sheets for each CLIN must be submitted to accurately capture the quoted amount.

3. How will the scheduling go with the buildings? Will we be able to do one after another?

GSA Response: The schedule determination will be made between the Contractor and the Project Manager. There is currently no set schedule.
