Questions and Answers—Three
RFQ#10PME-14-0016—Fire Safety Studies
1. I have looked through amendment No.2 and I don’t see where the square footage of the new Oregon buildings has been listed. Could you point me in the right direction?
GSA Response: The below table contains the requested square footage for the two new locations: 101 SW Main St., Portland, OR=25,483 sqft
Warm Springs Administration Bldg, Warm Springs, OR=12,537sqft
2. Also, would it be possible to get the CLIN spreadsheets in the Excel version so that we don’t need to retype all of the information?
GSA Response: Yes, the Excel version of the CLIN spreadsheet is attached. It is the same version as contained in the RFQ. Please ensure that all CLIN information is included in your
RFQ.
3. According to the GSA IOLP site, the Building at 101 SW Main Street has a rentable SF of 25,483 and the Building in Warm Springs, OR has a rentable SF of 4,853. Are these the areas we should use to determine the costs?
GSA Response: Please use the square footage provided in Question No. 1.
4. Also, within the Table in the initial solicitation, there are some typos that affect the area of the buildings. We have used our best judgment based on the information online, but if there are costs that are different than your expectations, we hope that there would be an opportunity to adjust our estimate based on the actual area.
GSA Response: Please use your best judgment on the information provided within the Request for Quotes The solicitation is being advertised as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and significant, if any, negotiations will not occur.
