The solicitation contains specific performance standards stipulating that three non-deliveries within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in vendor disqualification from future CDOC solicitations for three years or indefinitely. Bidders must provide a minimum of three calendar days' written notice if unable to meet delivery schedules. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) bidders must submit certification documentation from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
