About this file
This is a Declaration of Compliance form for the San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District (SFDRCISD) in Texas, associated with a district-wide asbestos abatement services Request for Proposal. The form requires contractors to affirm authorization to execute the contract, confirm no collusion with other proposers, and provide essential company information including federal identification number, contact details, and separate order and remittance addresses.
The Declaration of Compliance encompasses several statutory certifications required under Texas law. Contractors must attest that they are not owned or operated by individuals convicted of felonies, are not suspended or debarred from federal contracts exceeding $25,000 in aggregate annual expenditures, and comply with prohibitions against boycotting Israel and energy companies. Additionally, for companies with ten or more full-time employees entering agreements valued at $100,000 or more, contractors must verify they do not discriminate against firearm entities or firearm trade associations pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2274. The form includes checkbox selections for contractors to confirm compliance with applicable verification requirements or to indicate that specific verification requirements do not apply to the contract.
