About this file

This document is an Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) attachment for a solicitation (BPM006654) detailing price increase percentages for a potential contract. The document is specifically designed for offerors to specify their maximum proposed price increase percentages for potential contract renewal periods.

The attachment allows offerors to declare maximum price increase percentages for up to four renewal periods, with the specific percentages to be calculated against the original contract price. In this example, the offeror has proposed 5% for the first renewal period, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal period. The document emphasizes that the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases and that documentation justifying any requested price increase must be provided at the time of renewal. The pricing structure is designed to provide transparency and predictability for both the state and the potential contractor, with each percentage increase computed against the original contract's base price.
