About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a solicitation numbered BPM006654. The attachment is designed for potential contractors to specify maximum price increase percentages they may request during contract renewal periods, specifically for a state and local contract indefinite delivery vehicle.
The attachment allows offerors to propose maximum price increases for up to four renewal periods, with the percentages incrementally increasing: 5% for the first renewal, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal. Importantly, these percentage increases would be calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. If a price increase is requested, the offeror must provide documentation demonstrating the need for the increase at the time of renewal. The document provides a clear example of how these percentage increases would be applied and emphasizes that if no increase percentages are specified, prices will remain the same as the original contract term.
