The approximate number of qualifying employees that will be eligible to use the EAP services provided by the resultant contract are provided in the table above. However, there are fluctuations in the number of employees. The fluctuations are due, in part, to bi-annual or special legislative sessions (approximately 339 additional between January and June of each odd year) and temporary and seasonal employees.
A small number of State employees are also located nationally and (on a temporary basis) internationally.
