About this file

This document provides project specifications for temporary controls on a USDA Forest Service project. The specifications require signage and barricades to control site access and direct the public away from work areas. Waste materials must be promptly removed from the site and disposed of legally outside of Forest Service property. Erosion control fencing and other measures are required to prevent pollution of air, water, and waterways from construction materials and equipment. The contractor must keep the project area neat, orderly, and safe at all times. The related federal contract opportunity is for boat launch construction at Hell Canyon Dam and is solicited by the USDA Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region.
