About this file

This is a Specifications document for the State of Oregon related to the Mosier Pre-Fab Metal Structure Invitation to Bid (ITB). The project encompasses the supply and construction of a metal prefabricated structure, requiring all associated labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services necessary for project completion. The specifications document establishes the technical requirements and standards that bidders must meet in their proposals. The work includes comprehensive construction services from material procurement through final delivery and installation of the prefabricated metal structure.

The specifications outline the detailed requirements contractors must satisfy to be considered for contract award. These technical specifications serve as the binding standards for all work performed, ensuring quality, durability, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Contractors responding to this ITB must demonstrate their ability to meet all specified requirements, including material standards, construction methodologies, safety protocols, and project timelines. The document provides the framework against which all bids will be evaluated and upon which the contract will be based upon award.
