About this file

This is a Price Proposal Form for the CVIEW Replacement Project in Oregon. The document serves as the pricing submission template for vendors responding to this state contract opportunity. The form establishes the structure and format requirements for bidders to submit their financial proposals, including line-item pricing, total project costs, and any applicable fees or charges associated with the replacement project scope of work.

The form requires detailed cost breakdowns aligned with the project specifications and deliverables outlined in the related solicitation documents. Bidders must complete all pricing sections in accordance with the instructions provided in the request for proposal, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. The submitted price proposal will be evaluated as part of the overall bid assessment process, with pricing representing a significant evaluation criterion alongside technical qualifications and project approach. All pricing must remain valid through the contract award date and any specified contract performance periods.

For other costs identified in the Price Table above, describe the cost in detail and identify if the cost is one-time or reoccurring.

For pricing based on the number of users, ODOT estimates 300+ users will use the new System.
