PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE50-18-R-0042 The American Consulate General, Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: CURTAIN / WINDOW COVERING CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES U.S. CONSULATE GENERAL FRANKFURT, GERMANY The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Unit Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract in December 2018; on behalf of the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt. The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the US Arm y Center of Military History, intends to procure all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custom museum framing as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement.
