Lit Coaches 2627 East Region

The Ohio Agency Administered IDV (CTR029825) is a comprehensive educational services contract focused on literacy coaching and support across the state. The primary scope of this indefinite delivery vehicle encompasses educational advisory and support services, specifically targeting literacy improvement in Ohio's lowest-performing schools. The contract enables the procurement of professional development, literacy coaching, and implementation of evidence-based reading practices through a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS). Services include recruiting and managing Regional Literacy Coaching Coordinators and literacy coaches who will provide direct school-level support, data monitoring, professional learning, and strategic literacy intervention.

The IDV is awarded to East Central Ohio Educational Services and administered by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (DEW), with a performance period from June 5, 2025, to June 4, 2027. The contract covers all 88 counties in Ohio, divided into five strategic regions: West, North, Central, East, and South. Each region can receive up to $2,330,000 annually, with a total potential contract value approaching $4.6 million. The agency-administered contract type allows for flexible deployment of literacy coaching resources across designated educational service centers and institutions of higher education, focusing on implementing Ohio's Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement and improving student literacy outcomes.
