The specific line item under this contract is a case of multi-fold, brown paper towels manufactured by Cascades, measuring 9" x 9.45" in 1-ply configuration, packaged in 16 packs per case. The unit price is set at $18.45, with a total contract value seemingly minimal at eighteen dollars.

Delivery logistics indicate shipping to 1601 E Crest Dr in Waco, TX, with a specified delivery date of August 15, 2025, two days after order (ARO). The purchase is processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division and is tax-exempt under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), as the materials are for exclusive state government use. The contract appears to be a small-scale procurement for Texas State Parks Region 5's operational requirements.
