HFS Paper Shredding Services for Region 8

The State of Illinois, through its Personnel and Administrative Services department, awarded a Release Competitive Sealed Bidding contract to Confidential On-Site Paper Shredding (Vendor ID V00003672) on February 10, 2026. The contract establishes a six-year period of performance through February 9, 2032, with a total contract value of $7,488.00. The primary service involves the provision and management of on-site mobile document destruction containers with a 96-gallon capacity, to be deployed across Region 8 facilities.

Under the single line item, the contractor will supply 312 containers at a unit price of $24.00 each. The service model requires containers to remain positioned at requesting state buildings, with the contractor responsible for emptying and servicing the containers on-site. This arrangement supports confidential document destruction operations across multiple state facilities within the designated region, with all services performed at the respective building locations rather than off-site.
