THE I-TEAM UP USDA PROGRAM WILL SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCE THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN FANH AREAS BECAUSE THE PROGRAM VERTICALLY INTEGRATES WITH APPLIED FANH SCIENCES FROM EARLY ON AND BUILDS ON THAT TRAINING WITH SUSTAINED, CROSS-TRAINING PROGRAM WITH MULTIPLE STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT. THIS WILL ALLOW THE STUDENTS TO ENGAGE IN A STRUCTURAL, STAGED GROWTH AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT THAT HAS NEVER BEEN IMPLEMENTED, AND WHICH INCLUDES THE PEER-EFFECT TO MASTER THE CONTENT AND TO MOTIVATE STUDENT LEARNING. RELATIVE TO TRADITIONAL TEACHING,STUDENTS' LEARNING WILL BESIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED BY LEARNING (A) TO ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE IN A BROADER CONTEMPORARY CONTEXT, (B) TO DEVELOP MODERN TECHNICAL LABORATORY SKILLS, (C) TO VALUEEFFECTIVE KNOWLEDGEIN THE CONTEXT OF REAL-WORLD PROBLEMS, AND (D) TO SEE THEIR OWN VALUE ADDED TO THE SOLUTION OF A REAL-WORLD PROBLEM, AS WELL AS DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS WARRANTED BY FANH EMPLOYERS.
