Description

The purpose of this PR is to add an additional $50 in funding to the FY10 TSO annual uniform allowance for 52,000 TSO's. This PR should be linked to PR # 2110200OSO008 ($7.8M) and the combined funding for both PRS ($10.4M) should be used for the first delivery order (do) to the winner of the new contract if this PR is received prior to award of the first do. The desired end result is that funds in the amount of $200 per TSO should be placed in the individual accounts of each TSO on a mutually agreeable date as soon as possible after february 1, 2010. If this PR is not received prior to award of the first do, then $50 should be added to the $150 already provided to the uniform contractor and posted to the TSO accounts on a mutually agreeable date as soon as possible after february 1, 2010. Additionally, $50 should be added to the $150 previously provided in PR # 2110200OSO008 to the accounts of all new hires 30 calendar days after their entry on duty (EOD) dates, starting with all tsos who have completed 30 calendar days as a TSO and who do not receive this allowance on the date IT is posted and ending on 30 september 2010. The desired end result is that funds in the amount of $200 per TSO should be placed in the individual accounts of each TSO. Orders for allowances received by 30 september must be placed by 31 december 2010. Allowances received by 30 september 2010 will expire at midnight on 31 december 2010 unless amended by future contract modification.
