Added: Jul 10, 2017 3:46 pm The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to make a sole source award to QTC Medical Services for Occupational Health and Clinical Services to support Federal Occupational Health (FOH). These services will be provided through Private Provider Network (PPN) services at locations where FOH does not have an Occupational Health Center (OHC) and at FOH customer agencies that are provided under this contract. It is essential that these services are uninterrupted with no break in service or delays.This acquisition is for modification of the existing contract, HHSP23320110002DC. The contract ceiling will be increased by $6,500,000.00 from $29,444,095.90 to $35,944,095.90. The period of performance will consist of a 12-month ordering period to include a six-month option period and two (2) three-month option periods.This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Requisition (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources will submit a capability statement within seven (7) calendar days after the publication which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is July 2017.
