Social Future Foundation

Social Future Foundation is a non-profit organization and foundation registered to receive federal grant awards from the U.S. government. The entity specializes in organizing inclusive sporting events that bring together people with and without disabilities. Social Future Foundation has been actively engaged in federal grant programs since at least April 2022, when it first registered in SAM.gov. The foundation's primary focus appears to be promoting social integration and awareness through sports, particularly through its signature event, Run2gether.

Since 2022, Social Future Foundation has consistently received annual project grants from the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, a civilian agency within the U.S. Department of State. These grants have supported the organization of Run2gether, an annual inclusive running event held at the National Palace of Culture and South Park. The event aims to foster unity and understanding between people with and without disabilities through shared athletic experiences. Each year, the foundation has been awarded a grant to organize this event, with the most recent award being made on May 9, 2024, for the June 1, 2024 Run2gether event. The grants typically cover a short-term period, usually from the award date to shortly after the event's completion, indicating a focused and time-bound use of federal funds for specific project implementation.
