Udruzenje Obala Art Centar Sarajevo is a non-profit organization registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with active federal grant registration until March 25, 2026. Focused on cultural and artistic initiatives, the organization specializes in supporting emerging film professionals and youth dialogue through arts-based programming. Located in Sarajevo, the entity has consistently received federal grant awards from the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, demonstrating a sustained commitment to cross-cultural artistic exchange and professional development in the film industry.

The organization's federal grant awards primarily center on the Talents Sarajevo program, a prestigious initiative that brings together approximately 50 up-and-coming film professionals from the regional Balkans area. These grants, ranging from 2020 to 2024, support professional development opportunities for emerging filmmakers, including skill enhancement, networking, and international film industry exposure. Each grant, typically awarded in the late summer, focuses on creating platforms for youth dialogue, artistic collaboration, and professional growth in the film sector. The grants, consistently funded by the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, range from supporting specific film festival components to broader youth engagement and artistic exchange programs, with project completion dates typically spanning four to five months after the initial award.
