Delivery is required by October 19, 2026, with shipment to NC03 SR 85 Ship Receive at 1060 Tupelo Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38108-2423. FOB is Memphis, Tennessee at MLGW's dock with freight prepaid and allowed. The contract terms are governed by Tennessee law and Shelby County jurisdiction and include seller warranties, federal and state employment-law compliance, nondiscrimination requirements, inspection and testing rights, debarment provisions, and indemnification obligations. Payment terms allow a minimum of 30 days for invoice processing. Bidders must comply with all contract terms without proposing modifications.
